What to include in a quotation enquiry

Prepare a complete enquiry: application, dimensions, quantities, finish, project location and preferred schedule.

Use and material

Include the application and name or code of the material you are considering. If you have not selected a material, describe the desired appearance and requirements of the space.

Measurements and drawings

Add approximate dimensions and quantities. For stairs, worktops and special processing, drawings and cut-outs help clarify the enquiry.

Specifications and timeline

Specify thickness, finish and timeline where known. Availability and final specifications are confirmed before any agreement.

What to clarify

Include the delivery location and whether you need supply only or additional work. Final measurements, transport and installation need clear responsibilities. Approximate dimensions help the first discussion but do not replace the final cutting drawing.
